Most covers are original works of art by many different artists.

The album is technically self-titled, but every jacket has an original piece of art and many times, an original title.

The Halloween release date refers to the day Mark walked down to Smash! Records on M Street in Georgetown, Washington, DC with friends and gave them a few copies to sell.

The album was commonly referred to as "Tink of S.E." and was officially released in Europe on Belgium's Hageland Records with that title. Werner Exelmans from Hageland wrote to Teenbeat after he became enamoured of the album in 1988 and released their edition in March of 1989.

Most copies featured original artwork and titles unique to that one copy (see Teenbeat 14a).

At one point, our buyer at Caroline distribution in New York, Terry Tolkin, had made a large order but we didn't have enough finished covers at the time. We shipped them in blank jackets and the salespeople at Caroline decorated the jackets.

The song "Holiday in Berlin, part 2" is listed on the label as simply "Holiday in Berlin."

Approximately 400 copies have silkscreened covers with the wood-cut design by Scott Larsen on front and back with a black electrical tape square border on the front.
