The U.S. Olmpic Committee demands that the
name Olympic Death Squad no longer be used

Carol Gross, representative of the U.S. Olympic Committee, demanded -- under legal threat -- that the moniker Olympic Death Squad no longer be used because of trademark infringement of the word "Olympic".

In fact, the name had been out of use since the Olympic Death Squad album, "Blue", had been released in 1996. Teen-Beat continues to sell this album.
